Profile

After a few years at a start-up, Philip received his Ph.D degrees in Computer Science from Rutgers in 2000. Prior to joining Yahoo! Research, he was a Member of Technical Staff in the Information Sciences Research Center at Bell Labs. His interests include XML processing, information extraction, data integration, data cleaning and a variety of indexing and performance topics.
