Profile
I am a PhD in Computer Science from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. My areas were Machine Learning and Bioinformatics. During PhD, I worked on Kernels on Protein Structures and Protein Structure Comparison. The work involved spectral graph matching and kernel design. I am currently working on the problem of predicting click probabilities and designing serving algorithms for Non-guaranteed Display Ads.
