First Bay Area Crypto Day

Recent years have witnessed exciting progress in the development of cryptographic techniques enabling new functionalities and ways of interaction, such as fully homomorphic encryption, program obfuscation, and verifiable outsourcing of computation. Yahoo Labs, in cooperation with Stanford University and UC Berkeley, is starting a series of one-day workshops for Bay Area researchers to present and discuss the latest developments in the discipline. The first event will take place at UC Berkeley on Friday, November 20. The workshop’s program and other relevant information can be found here.
