Hao He received a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT), China, in 2010. She received a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Syracuse University in 2015. She is now a research scientist with Verizon Media, working on advanced ML algorithms for online advertising. Before joining Verizon, she was a research engineer at Delphi working on autonomous driving.
